Waste Collection and Transportation

The Industrial Waste Management Center (CEGEDI) is committed to providing waste collection and transportation services that comply with current environmental and health regulations. This service represents a key link in the industrial and special waste management chain and is the first step toward efficient and safe waste treatment.

National Coverage
CEGEDI operates throughout Guinea, with the capacity to intervene in urban, industrial, and rural areas. Equipped with a fleet of specialized vehicles (dump trucks, hook-lift trucks, tankers for liquid waste, etc.), the center can meet the specific needs of companies, institutions, and local communities.

All Types of Waste Managed
The service covers a wide range of waste, including:

  • Solid industrial waste (metals, plastics, cardboard, wood, etc.)
  • Liquid waste (used oils, solvents, polluted water)
  • Hazardous or high-risk waste (batteries, chemicals, medical waste)
  • Organic waste intended for composting

Each type of waste is properly packaged and safely transported to sorting, treatment, or recovery facilities.

Traceability and Regulatory Compliance
CEGEDI ensures complete traceability of collected waste from pickup to final disposal. Tracking forms are issued for every operation, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations.

Commitment to the Environment
Collection and transportation are organized to minimize ecological impact, optimize routes, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and comply with strict safety standards. Personnel involved in these operations are trained and equipped to follow best environmental practices.
